“Songs of the woods, river, trees and birds – A gentle morning stroll in Penstave Copse guided by Emma Capper (Forest bathing guide) and Mike Ingram, (musician, poetry lover and ecologist)
A 2hr guided walk in Penstave copse incorporating exercises to connect through our senses to the natural world with an emphasis on sound.
Inspired by the songs of the birds, river and trees we shall create prose to share over a light breakfast for the last hour of the session in the Copse.
Participants are invited to bring their favourite poetry inspired by Nature.
There will be an element of education in bird song woven into the walk.
