Sometimes you have the key but you just can’t find the lock and other times you have a lock but you have no idea what the key is. Or you have both but you can’t turn the lock.
THEN there is the magical moment when the two things come together at the right time, and you have the power to turn the key and see what is inside.
You might have to have a lot of courage to get those two events together, open the lid and look inside. And more still to unpack what you find..
You might find everything just flies out and you instantaneously feel great.
Or it might be that stuff is packed really tight in this box of you and it feels like an effort to sort through it all and maybe you just want to shut the lid and wait for another day, perhaps, leaving the key in the box til a time when you are ready to face it.
…You might need a little help.
When you are ready; inside is such a beautiful treasure, that at first, you might not believe it’s truly yours.
You may need time and help with unpacking, – dusting off the ancient wrappings and protective bindings preventing you from accepting your amazing self. – Time being held in love while you let the marvelous feeling of the wholeness of you fill every pore and space within and without.. ..It is like a second birth and having the right midwife is essential.

I can’t say that there hasn’t been painful times, but I’ve had so much love, support and incredibly insightful help from her, every step of the way, that the courage has been almost effortless to find, and the joy of discovering my treasure together has been so Wonderful.
And it hasn’t stopped there.
In these early days as a newborn, she’s still by my side as I spread my wings and fly out into the world shining and feeling safe and so happy to be seen, so I can help heal and inspire others to shine too.
