Wanders for Wellbeing and Creative Journeys can been seen as essential in this fast paced modern age when levels of stress and anxiety are reaching a peak. Taking time out in Nature to ground and step into your senses is very healing to our whole being and our relationship to all living beings in the world. I see the practice of forest bathing as activism, helping you remember and feel that you are a natural, native, elemental creature of this earth, kin to all, connected to everything in this web of life.

Feelings of connection, joy, peace and gratitude cannot be underestimated in the effect they have on inspiring an uplifted perspective on our lives. Love flows out from us to all beings when we are experiencing these emotions, making the whole world a brighter place.
